Lenox Hill Gala & Emily Thompson

Lowy participated in Lenox Hill's Spring Gala benefiting the Lenox Hill Neighborhood house at Cipriani 42nd Street. The Lenox Hill Neighborhood house offers an array of programs and activities benefitting individuals in all kinds of need ranging in age from 3 to 103 located here in Manhattan. The Gala, honoring Board President Thomas J. Edelman, welcomed over six hundred New Yorkers for dinner and dancing and featured table tops individually created by designers including Lowy’s own Rebecca Vicars.

Rebecca created a beautiful table for the event with the theme of “Tulipomania” featuring some of our antique frames with mirrors in them. She tells the story of a Turkish Sultan who became obsessed with tulips featuring them in his garden with light and through mirrors. Emily Thompson Flowers created the beautiful tulip arrangement. The table, complete with a suzani from the 19th century, featured chargers from Mottahedeh and place card holders from L’Objet. We had a blast at the event and look forward to supporting the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House in the future.
